Terms and Conditions…

We all hate small print, but these are the super duper important terms and conditions relating to the sale and usage of any artwork and intellectual property from myself and website.

Condition of Sale:

This ones super important so please read –

All conditions of sale must be met before the release of any artwork or brand packages.

1.a) All Clients / Customers must have settled all payments before the artwork is released as either physical copy or digital copy. If the client fails to settle payments, the artwork will remain held and the debt may be passed to a financial ombudsmen.

1.b) Changes to artwork are chargeable and will be added to the final amount, all amounts will be shared to the client before changes are made to keep in line with budgetary restrictions and to avoid disappointment of not progressing with the artwork.

1.c) All artwork created remains the intellectual property of ATS Illustration ‘Alex Sykes’ and may not be the subject of resale without the consent of the original maker.

2) Artwork and branding may be used on social media and other company uses such as marketing and product, where being displayed to the general public a licence fee of £150.00 applies and will be added to the project budget. A commercial / business client may not use any assets made by ATS Illustration without the purchase of the licence to use – This licence does not override clause ‘1.c’ and the artwork remains the intellectual property of ATS Illustration. The licence agreement acts as consent from the artist for the condition of resale and usage where applicable.

Payment:

Payments unless through a third party provider are made through SumUp invoicing, this is a direct and secure method of payment. Other methods such as PayPal and BACS transfer are available, however invoicing directly is the preferred method as this keeps a clear record of orders.

Please note ATS Illustration does not currently accept credit accounts or Pay in 3 methods such as PayPal credit or Klarna.

International Payments:

ATS Illustration is not responsible for any bank charges or import tax amounts that may occur when ordering outside of the UK. Please note all payments are in GBP and your bank is likely to charge a small amount for making a out of currency payment. You may also find there is a charge on import tax, this is not always the case and best to check on your import laws before making a physical purchase – because of this, I’d recommend a digital copy of you artwork which you can have printed locally.

Returns and Exchanges:

Bespoke and custom Illustrations, either physical or digital –

I do not accept the return or exchange of bespoke and custom products if the illustration itself is not faulty in any way. The exception to this is damage to the artwork during transit. I will of course create a new piece but please note on original artwork there may be some differences to the first piece should this happen.

Off the shelf items –

I will accept return and exchange of items that are considered ‘off the shelf’ please note any returns or exchanges must be reported within 30 days of purchase. I am not responsible for the charges and return guidelines of any third party seller such as Etsy, NuMonday or a brick and mortar store.

Commercial Projects –

Any items damaged for commercial or business use are eligible for return and replacement if wanted. The licence fee for businesses is not refundable. Bespoke and custom pieces for business are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit. Clients must report any damages to either stock or larger pieces within 30 days of purchase.
